  • Post graduate S.D. College for women in district Batala & Gurdaspur, Punjab (Branch of S.D. College, Sec. -- 32, Chandigarh.)
  • Industrial buildings in Jagadhri, Barwala & Panchkula (Haryana), Chandigarh, Mohali & Derabassi (Punjab) and Baddi (Himachal Pradesh).
  • Twenty five room hotel at Baddi.( H.P.) & Zirakpur (Punjab)
  • Fully Air Conditioned “Apsara” Banquet hall at Zirakpur – Patiala highway for 1000 persons.
  • An Auditorium for Pt. Mohan Lal S.D. College for Women, Gurdaspur.
  • Four storey children Hospital of “Dr. Tosh” at Kalka.
  • Jewelry shop interiors at Kaithal, (Haryana) & Sec. – 32, Chandigarh

LIST OF INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

  • SU-KAM COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS PVT. LTD.
  • The factory shed cum administrative building for Su-Kam communication Systems Baddi at Plot no. 64, D.I.C Baddi is a totally R.C.C framed Structure with covered area of 18,000 Sq.ft. (with 5200 sq. ft. of basement) is completely designed and executed by the firm. The approximate cost of the project was Rs 1.10 Crore.
  • BARFLEX POLYFILMS PVT. LTD.
  • The factory shed having steel structure and administrative block having R.C.C Framed Structure at Plot no. 17, Industrial area Barotiwala is completely designed and executed by the firm. The total area of the steel structure is 15,000 Sq.ft. and total area of the R.C.C. framed structure is 12,500 Sq. Ft. complete designing & execution of corporate office in are of approx. 2400 sq. ft. The approximate cost of the project is Rs.1.85 Crore.
  • SMITH MEDICARE LABORATORIES PVT. LTD
  • The factory shed and the administrative block having R.C.C. framed structure at Plot no. 1A, E.P.I.P. Part-1 having total covered area of 6700 Sq.ft. is completely executed by the firm. The total project cost is Rs. 0.95 Crore. The Administrative block is fully air-conditioned.
  • GOLD LAMINATES (INDIA) LTD.
  • Administrative building for Gold laminates (India) Ltd. at Jagadhri is completed designed and executed by the firm. The total covered area is 11,000 Sq. Ft. The firm itself did the interiors of this building. The total project cost is approximately Rs. 1.05 Crore.
  • Plot No. -- 6A, PANCHKULA
  • The administration and factory shed at plot 6A Panchkula having covered area of 20,000 Sq.ft. including basement area of 6000sq.ft. is completely designed by the firm with interiors of the administrative block. The total cost of the project is approximately Rs.1.00 Crore. This is fully completed.
  • PEARL POWER INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD.
  • Again, located at Barotiwala, Baddi (Distt. – Solan) has a complete R.C.C. building in plot area of 2254 sq. m. with total built up area of 24,250 Sq. ft. It is completely designed and supervised by the firm. Total cost of the project is approximately Rs.1.05 Crore. This is near completion.

LIST OF COLONY DESIGN PROJECTS

  • Shiva Enclave, Ropar Road, Kharar.
  • Developed on 17 acres of land, it is located at Kharar – Kurali highway with 208 residential plots and 50 commercial plots. Its hallmark was the optimum utilization of land with interspersed green areas.
  • Punjab Retired Officer’s and Judges Co-operative Group Housing Society, Sector-- 77, Mohali.
  • The factory shed having steel structure and administrative block having R.C.C Framed Structure at Plot no. 17, Industrial area Barotiwala is completely designed and executed by the firm. LIST OF INSTITUTIONAL PROJECTS

  • Pt. Mohan Lal S.D. College for women at Fatehgarh Churian, Distt. Gurdaspur:
  • One teaching block for the postgraduate college for women having total area of 18,000 Sq.ft. including basement is completely designed and executed by the firm. The total project cost is Rs.1.20 Crore (1st Phase).Another teaching block of 22,000 sq. ft. is under construction.
  • Pt. Mohan Lal S.D. College for women at Gurdaspur.
  • The extension work includes Canteen block, a small auditorium with all modern facilities and the main entrance block. The total project cost was 1.80 Crores.
  • Ningania Vidhya Mandir at Raipur Rani, Distt. - Panchkula

LIST OF INTERIOR PROJECTS

  • Director’s residence at Jagadhri:
  • The interiors of the double storied residence of the Managing Director of Gold Laminates (India) Ltd. having total plot area of 650 Sq. Yd. The total Project cost is approximately Rs. 95 Lacs.
  • Three branches of Bank of Baroda at Panchkula, Chandigarh and Raipur Khurd.
  • Gold Laminates India Ltd. Stall showcasing its various product range at “Inside- Outside mega show” in year Feb. 2007 held at Chandigarh.
  • Jewelry showrooms at Kaithal, Sector -32, Chandigarh and Ansal’s Mall at Ludhiana.

LIST OF COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

  • Hotel Mitaso at Zirakpur- Chandigarh Highway. The 25 room hotel with total covered area of 11,000 Sq.ft. having a Banquet hall, restaurant and conference hall etc. including basement is completely designed and executed by the firm. This is a fully air conditioned building. The total cost of the project including the design and execution of the interiors is 1.75 Crore.
  • “Apsara” Banquet hall at Zirakpur- Patiala Highway. The total site is 2.13 Acres and it has a hall measuring 11,500 Sq.ft. which is fully air conditioned. The complete designing and execution including the interiors, landscaping etc. is done by the firm. The total cost of the project is 1.45 Crore.
